Sorry US buyers, you don’t get the 512GB Galaxy S26 FE

Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S26 FE today and has confirmed the various configurations that the device will be offered in.

Customers will be able to buy the Galaxy S26 FE with up to 512GB of internal storage, as long as they’re not in the US, as Samsung isn’t offering the max storage tier stateside.

All storage tiers have the same amount of RAM

The Galaxy S26 FE is being offered with 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB of internal storage. All three tiers in available in most markets across the globe, including Europe and the United Kingdom.

It would have been better if the 512GB model was made available, because even that’s not enough onboard storage in this day and age. Since these phones no longer have microSD card slots, higher internal storage provides an ease of use that other methods simply don’t.

Prices for the Galaxy S26 FE start at $699 in the United States for the 128GB model. The 256GB model costs $799.

All Galaxy S26 FE models come with 8GB of RAM, so it’s not like customers in the US are missing out on more than just additional storage. Samsung has confirmed today that the Galaxy S26 FE will be released on September 4, 2026.
