Nothing Headphone (a) leak reveals launch date, colors, and price
- New leaks reveal that Nothing is working on a new headset called the Nothing Headphone (a).
- The cans look likely to launch in Europe for €159 on March 12, 2026.
- The Nothing Headphone (a) will ship in Pink, White, Black, and Yellow color variants.
It has been rumored for some time that Nothing will launch the Phone (4a) later this year. However, according to leaks by Dealab Magazine’s Billbil-kun, the company is also gearing up to release a new pair of affordable cans named the Nothing Headphone (a). The headset appears to be a budget alternative to the more premium Nothing Headphone (1).
Billbil-kun’s leak provides a glimpse at the anticipated launch date, colors, and price. For example, it states that the new headset will launch on March 12, 2026. The official announcement and pre-order date will arrive a week earlier on March 5, 2026.
Overcharging your headphones’ battery can diminish their ability to retain a charge in the long term.
Most surprising is that the Nothing Headphone (a) appear to have a retail list price of €159. For context, that’s nearly half of the Headphone (1)’s initial price of €299. The leak also shows that the new cans are expected to cost £149 in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, it does not reveal a US price. However, looking at the Headphone (1)’s UK and US retail prices of £299 and $299, we could see a similar pound-to-dollar price with this budget pair.
Billbil-kun notes that Nothing’s upcoming cans will ship in Pink, White, Black, and Yellow colorways. That’s already more than the Headphone (1), which only ship in Black and White. Given this and the anticipated price reduction, it’s unlikely that this new headset will be a rebranded version of their costlier sibling. Instead, the Headphone (a) may offer a more affordable, stripped-back feature set. Unfortunately, technical specifications are unknown at the time of writing.
