Since Huawei unveiled the Pura X View earlier this year, several Chinese smartphone brands, including Oppo, Honor, and most recently Xiaomi, have been rumored to be developing their own wide-screen phones. Now, a new leak suggests that vivo is also joining the race.

According to tipster Digital Chat Station, vivo is targeting a 2027 launch for its first wide-screen candybar-style smartphone.
