Razer launches three special-edition headphones to celebrate Pokémon’s 30th anniversary

With Pokémon’s 30th anniversary celebrations underway, we’re seeing several Pokémon-themed gadgets, speakers, and headphones. Apple launched a special-edition Beats Pill featuring Pikachu and Mimikyu on the grille, and now Razer has announced three Pokémon-themed gaming headsets.

First, the Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed is now available in two special-edition designs: Charizard and Lucario. The Charizard edition features red flame elements on the earcups and headband, along with orange ear cushions. The Lucario edition goes all-in on Lucario’s blue-and-black color scheme, with blue earcups and a black headband and ear cushions.

Under the hood, the headphones keep the same internals as the standard Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed, featuring 50mm TriForce drivers, 7.1 surround sound, Bluetooth and 2.4GHz wireless connectivity, and up to 70 hours of battery life. Both the Charizard and Lucario editions also include a detachable mic.

The Charizard and Lucario editions of the Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed are priced at $119.99. The Charizard edition is available on Razer’s website and at Target, while the Lucario edition is exclusively available at Target.

Razer has also launched a Sylveon edition of the Razer Kraken V4 X headset. This model features Sylveon’s signature pink and icy-blue color scheme throughout. The headphones are predominantly pink, with soft pink on the earcups and headband, and a darker shade on the ear cushions. There is also a soft blue in the center of the earcups and as a gradient along the headband.

The Sylveon edition Razer Kraken V4 X retains the standard 40mm drivers, a retractable mic, and RGB lighting of the standard Kraken V4 X headphones. The headset is priced at $109.99 and is available exclusively at Target.
