Samsung’s One UI 9 update for the Galaxy S26 series reaches the US
A week ago, Samsung officially announced the rollout of One UI 9 based on Android 17 for the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. The update was initially available in South Korea only, but that changes today.
The Galaxy S26 trio is now receiving the One UI 9 update in the US as well. The first carrier versions to get it are T-Mobile’s. It arrives over-the-air as a 4.1GB download.
After installing the update, your phone will be running Android 17 with One UI 9, with the build number ending in « BZID ». Now that T-Mobile opened the floodgates, undoubtedly AT&T and Verizon…
