Huawei nova 16s Pro goes global with 200MP RYYB camera, nova 16s joins it

Huawei introduced the nova 16 and 16 Pro to the Chinese market at the start of June. These two are now ready for their global debut, kind of – as has become the norm for the company, the global versions get an “s” tagged on to their name.

The Huawei nova 16s Pro preserves the Pro’s highlight – a 200MP RYYB sensor for the main camera (f/1.8 lens with OIS). This is helped out by a 1.5MP multi-spectral sensor for scene-specific color calibration. Also on the back are a 50MP RYYB 3.7x periscope (f/2.6 lens with OIS) and a 50MP RYYB ultra-wide (118° FoV, 2.5cm macro mode). The selfie camera…
