Galaxy A57 could soon get the One UI 9.0 beta update

Back in June, we learned that Samsung had started developing One UI 9.0 (Android 17) for the Galaxy A57. Now, it looks like the brand will open the beta program for its latest custom Android interface for the phone before rolling out its stable version.

Samsung, on its Community forum, has created a One UI Beta Program section for the Galaxy A57 (via Mohammed Khatri). It strongly suggests that the brand is preparing to open the One UI 9.0 beta program for the phone. Unfortunately, we don’t know when it will go live.

Samsung unveiled One UI 9.0 by releasing its beta version for the Galaxy S26 series. The brand debuted the new software’s stable version with its latest foldable phones. The company was expected to expand the beta program to more devices and start rolling out its stable version soon after launching the Galaxy Z Fold 8 series and the Galaxy Z Flip 8. 

However, it has been more than one month since those devices came out, and the tech giant hasn’t provided any information on when it will take the next step with the One UI 9.0 rollout. Samsung’s latest custom Android interface offers more UI customization options and many new features compared to One UI 8.5 (Android 16 QPR2), which you can check out below.
