Samsung celebrates Star Wars Day by adding eight Star Wars artworks to Samsung Art Store
Samsungâs Art Store for the brandâs TV offers a wide collection of artworks that help the owners turn their television into a piece of art. That includes artworks related to the popular entertainment franchise Star Wars. Now, the South Korean tech giant is expanding that collection even further.
Samsung has announced that it has added eight new Star Wars artworks to the Samsung Art Store to celebrate Star Wars Day (May the 4th). Some of these pieces of art show Jedi Master Yoda igniting his lightsaber to confront Darth Sidious, as well as C-3PO and R2-D2 traveling to the palace of Jabba the Hutt.

With the latest additions, the Samsung Art Store now offers 28 Star Wars artworks. The platform also offers artworks from other entertainment franchises as well, including Pixar and Marvel. Recently, the brand added European pieces of art from Amsterdam’s Stedelijk Museum to the Samsung Art Store.
Commenting on the new milestone, Samsungâs Head of Marketing for Art Store & Media, Ari Greenberg, said, âThrough this collaboration with Disney and Star Wars, weâre bringing the brandâs undeniable impact on popular culture of that universe to the Samsung Art Store and giving fans more ways to surround themselves with the characters and worlds that have inspired generations.â
