Do One Hand Operation + gestures freeze during screenshots? Samsung is working on a fix
If you have a Samsung smartphone, you should try the brand’s One Hand Operation + app, which is a module for the company’s Good Lock app. It offers additional options for navigating the device, including gestures, making it easier to use the phone, especially with just one hand. However, the app seems to have an annoying bug, and the South Korean tech giant is working to fix it.
On Samsung’s Community forum for Korea, a One Hand Operation + user reported that when they take a screenshot, the phone stops responding to the gestures set with the app (via Android Authority). A moderator replied to it, acknowledging the issue, and said that the brand is working on solving the problem and will roll out a fix for the issue with the next software update for the app.
According to them, it occurs “because the gesture handles are set to be hidden when a color is assigned to them, due to a problem where they are included in the screen capture.” The moderator further adds, “We will review modifications to make the gesture handles transparent rather than hidden and reflect this in a future update.”
Unfortunately, Samsung didn’t say anything about when it is going to release the next update for One Hand Operation +. Going by the post, it looks like the brand may start rolling it out soon. Speaking of Good Lock modules, Samsung recently released updates for the Home Up app. You can read more about it here.
