Klipsch announces new Atlas-series over-ear headphones
- Klipsch has announced three new headphones at CES 2026.
- These include the premium HP-1, HP-2, and HP-3 Atlas-series over-ear headphones.
- All three models are due to launch in Summer 2026.
Premium headphone manufacturer Klipsch is launching three new over-ear headphones this year. While its focus shifted towards earbuds in recent years, the company unveiled its new HP-1, HP-2, and HP-3 Atlas-series cans at CES 2026. This family of high-end Hi-Fi headphones shares a similar form factor to the company’s older Heritage line.
The Klipsh Atlast HP-1 are a lightweight pair of wireless headphones with active noise cancellation and third-party support for spatial audio and hearing compensation. There are coaxial drivers under the hood, and the cans support lossless listening over USB-C. Klipsch has opted for wood, leather, and metal elements for the ear cups and headband.
The Atlas HP-2 are a pair of wired closed-back headphones tuned specifically for bass-forward listeners. Meanwhile, the Atlas HP-3 have a semi-open-back design for critical two-channel listening. Klipsch claims that “comfort and luxury are central to the HP-3, which features a wider, cushioned headband for better weight distribution, Alcantara materials, perforated earcups for breathability during long sessions, and an elevated packaging concept that includes a dedicated headphone stand.”
Klipsch hasn’t shared any pricing information yet. However, judging by its previous releases, it is reasonable to expect the Atlas-series headphones to cost between $499 and $1199. A Facebook video posted by Klipsch Audio indicates that the new Atlas headphones will launch sometime in the Summer of 2026.
