New Galaxy S26+ renders have dropped, see what it looks like

The excitement is gradually building up for Samsung’s new flagship Galaxy S26 series that’s due to be unveiled in the coming months. We can expect the leaks to ramp up as the launch approaches.

Today, purported renders of the Galaxy S26+ have been leaked online today, giving us a look at the device that was once destined to be cancelled in the Galaxy S26 Edge’s favor.

Take a gander at Samsung’s next flagship

The renders, posted online by AndroidHeadlines, reveal a design that similar to that of its predecessor. As expected, the device has a flat 6.7-inch display with slim bezels. The rounded corners are in line with the design aesthetic of this series.

It was believed at one point that Samsung will replace the Galaxy S26+ in the lineup with the Galaxy S26 Edge. Those plans seem to have been put in cold storage for now as sales of the Galaxy S25 Edge have been not that impressive.

Samsung continues to have a slim phone in the pipeline but the reporting so far suggests it won’t be launched soon after the Galaxy S26 series. The company may keep an eye on market dynamics and choose to launch it later in the year if the need arises.

Recent reports have suggested that Samsung is going to unveil the Galaxy S26 series at an Unpacked event in late January. The devices may be released by early February 2026, though an earlier report had claimed a much later launch event towards the end of February.
