Forza Horizon 5 was already making waves during the Xbox Gamescom 2021 event with a new limited edition Xbox Wireless Controller, but Playground Games couldn’t stop there. Shortly after, the official cover art for Forza Horizon 5 was finally revealed, and subsequently, the cars that accompany it. Forza Horizon 5 is almost certainly going to be one of the best Xbox racing games when it releases, and now at least its cover looks the part.
The flagship car for Forza Horizon 5 is absolutely not going to shock anyone who has followed along with FH5’s development, as this car has been featured heavily in previous trailers and images and comes straight off the Forza Horizon 5 car list. The 2021 Mercedes-AMG Project ONE supercar looks dashing in red, and absolutely dominates the front of Forza Horizon 5’s slick cover art. There’s also a new trailer showing off the Mercedes-AMG Project ONE, which you can watch above.
The Project ONE isn’t alone, however, as Forza Horizon 5’s cover art features not one, but two 2021 Ford Bronco Badlands racing alongside the aforementioned supercar. A separate trailer has been dedicated to the Ford Bronco revival, which is a perfect fit for the Forza Horizon 5 map, which will feature tons of hardcore offroading to push the SUV to its absolute limits.
There’s truly a ridiculous number of reasons to be excited for what Playground Games is delivering with Horizon 5.
