Samsung keeps building hype around the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite but the wait is almost over, as the tablet has popped up on an official Samsung portal for the first time (not counting support pages) without much fanfare. The official pages reveal a new color option called Chiffon Pink. All other specs were already known from premature third-party retailer listings, so there’s not much new to learn about this upcoming product from the Samsung Indonesia listing.The official spec sheet does shed a bit more light on battery life. Samsung claims the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite’s 7,040mAh battery lasts for up to 12 hours of internet browsing time, up to 13 hours of video playback, and up to 149 hours of audio playback on a single charge.Specs and a new color option have been confirmedThe previous leaks have once again been confirmed, and the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite will be available in two storage options including 64GB and 128GB. Storage is expandable by up to 1TB via microSD and Samsung Indonesia lists both the Wi-Fi and LTE variants.The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite features a 10.4 inch TFT display with a resolution of 2000 by 1200, an unspecified octa-core chipset, presumably the Exynos 9611, and 4GB of RAM. It carries an 8MP main camera as well as a 5MP front-facing unit. It’s equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack and it ships with an S Pen. The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite runs Android 10 with One UI 2.0 out of the box.
Samsung Indonesia has unveiled the tablet from all angles, but it is not yet available for purchase. This should change at any moment. The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite Wi-Fi is expected to cost €379 in Europe, while the LTE model will likely be available for €439.
