Welp, based on how Halloween went (i.e. disappointing), it’s a safe bet stores are not going to be packed on Black Friday. At least not around my neighborhood. That’s a good thing, and retailers are ready for it. What does that mean for you as an online shopper? It means you have a lot more options than you might realize if you haven’t done your Black Friday shopping online in the past. For one thing, you’ll have access to a whole lot of online stores that do Black Friday deals but don’t have major brick and mortar locations like Lenovo.
Lenovo does Black Friday every year, but you might not have realized that if you’ve always been focused on the big ones like Walmart and Amazon. Lenovo has a great selection of its own laptops and desktops, but more than that the Lenovo store often sells tons of accessories from third parties, including smart home devices, Logitech mice and keyboards, Bose headphones, and more.
When is Lenovo’s Black Friday event?
Lenovo will be running all sorts of Black Friday deals between November 16 and December 6, breaking each one down into separate sales. The first event, Early Access Black Friday, begins on the 16th and runs through the day before Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 25. You will need to be a MyLenovoRewards or LenovoPro member to access these deals. If you are a member, it’s worth noting you’ll get double the rewards points when you shop between Nov. 26 and Dec. 1.
Thanksgiving Day will then feature some exclusive online doorbusters. Assuming you aren’t a member of Lenovo’s rewards programs, and that not a whole lot of people are, the regular deals and whatever’s left from the pre-sale will drop Nov. 27 on Black Friday. The doorbusters on Black Friday will drop every three hours and last through Nov. 28 or until the supplies run out.
Cyber Monday starts at 3 a.m. Nov. 29, and Lenovo’s sales won’t even be done by then. The event will continue with new doorbusters starting on Cyber Monday and sales continuing all the way through Cyber Week until Dec. 6. Lenovo will again accent the big day with huge online doorbusters hitting every three hours.
Any Xbox Series X or Series S sales?
I am mentioning this one specifically because people have been having trouble finding either of these consoles in stock. Starting Nov. 10 at 12 a.m. Eastern, Lenovo will drop a limited supply of both the new Microsoft Xbox Series X and the Xbox Series S. They will not be on sale and will be sold at their regular prices of $499.99 and $299.99 respectively. However, if you have had trouble getting one of the new consoles you can use this sale to set an alarm and be there ready to grab one.
What other Lenovo Black Friday deals are worth it?
Lenovo’s main products are computers. You’ll definitely be able to find a great laptop or desktop during this sale, but if you’re interested in more than that pay attention to the doorbusters. There will be doorbusters every three hours on the big days like Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday plus other doorbusters scattered throughout. These will feature a lot of third party accessories like the Skullcandy Indy Evo true wireless earbuds for just $40 on Nov. 30 at 12 a.m. Eastern. And you’ll also be able to get some unique prices on Lenovo’s better laptops like the ThinkPad X1 Carbon for just $999.99 on Nov. 27 at 9 a.m. Eastern.
