In an update posted to Twitter, Destiny 2 developer Bungie informed players that, due to a recently discovered issue, the pinnacle PvP activity Trials of Osiris has been delayed until November 27, 2020. Normally, Trials of Osiris is available from every Friday to Tuesday, but it looks like that won’t be the case for most of November.
Bungie didn’t specify what the issue was specifically, but we have a pretty good guess. Recently, players discovered an exploit that allows Warlock players to have infinite use of their Stasis Super. This would undoubtedly ruin the integrity of Trials of Osiris, which is fiercely competitive in nature, so I’m glad to see that Bungie has delayed Trials for the time being. Unfortunately, with Trials gone, players won’t be able to earn Powerful and Pinnacle Gear from it like they normally can, which is disappointing if you were looking to play Trials to try and boost your Power Level up with gear drops. If that’s you, don’t miss our guide on how to power level effectively in Destiny 2: Beyond Light.
Wield the Darkness
Welcome to Europa, Guardian…
